Signature Concepts Snag Proof “Rubberized” Nets

There are a lot of nets on the market that claim to be “snag proof” and “fish-friendly,” but how many of them live up to that billing? Many do a great job of it, but few have taken the mandate quite as seriously as Signature Concepts. Throughout their 25-year history, they’ve created some of the best net bags in the industry. To start with, the mesh is a perfect size to hold fish without damaging the scales or gills. The rubber finish helps minimize slime removal, keeping the fish that much healthier. The bags are extremely durable and easy to keep clean—just rinse and shake after using. And unlike other rubber nets, this one is as durable as any polyester net on the market, and much, much lighter than other rubber nets.

The process, as I understand it, is to take a high quality polyester bag and literally coat it with liquid rubber through an involved heating process. The end result is a lightweight, fully rubber bag, with the strength of polyester underneath. And what you get is simple—a truly snag proof, fish-friendly, great looking net that any fisherman would be proud to carry.

The nets are customized to fit all of the many sizes of handles offered by Signature, from the small catch and release types, to the long-handled, big boat nets.
